Snapshots are frozen share links for client updates.
What is a shared snapshot?
A snapshot is a tokenized public page generated from a project artifact or update. It does not open your live workspace.
When should I use a shared snapshot?
Use snapshots for:
- sending a report without inviting the client
- sharing a point-in-time update
- preserving what the client saw
- adding a link to a scheduled email
Who can open a shared snapshot?
Anyone with the link can open the snapshot. Revoke the snapshot when the link should stop working.
