Snapshots are frozen share links for client updates.

What is a shared snapshot?

A snapshot is a tokenized public page generated from a project artifact or update. It does not open your live workspace.

When should I use a shared snapshot?

Use snapshots for:

  • sending a report without inviting the client
  • sharing a point-in-time update
  • preserving what the client saw
  • adding a link to a scheduled email

Who can open a shared snapshot?

Anyone with the link can open the snapshot. Revoke the snapshot when the link should stop working.
