Free Ad Budget Calculator
Turn a target into a budget you can explain. Compare campaign and daily spend using your own cost assumptions.
Your estimate
- Base campaign budget
- $750.00
- Planning buffer
- $75.00
- Total planned budget
- $825.00
- Average daily budget
- $27.50
Base budget = target results × expected cost per result. Add the buffer, then divide by campaign days. This is a planning scenario, not a prediction of conversions or platform delivery.

Start with a result and a cost assumption
An ad budget becomes easier to discuss when it connects to a concrete goal. Choose a target number of leads or purchases, then enter an expected cost for that same result. The base budget is the target multiplied by the cost. Add an optional buffer and divide by the campaign length for an average daily amount. This calculator makes the arithmetic transparent; it does not predict demand or import performance from an ad account.
Keep leads and customers separate
If the target is leads, use cost per lead. If it is purchases, use cost per purchase. Mixing the two can materially understate the spend needed to reach a sales goal. A coach who converts some enquiries into clients should account for that conversion separately before choosing a lead target. Use your own observed rates where available and label assumptions clearly when planning a new offer.
Compare a cautious and an optimistic scenario
Costs can change with the audience, offer, season and creative. Try a range rather than presenting one forecast as certain. For example, 30 leads at 25 each needs 750 before a buffer, while 30 at 40 each needs 1,200. The difference is useful to discuss before committing spend. A planning buffer adds room in the budget; it does not increase the predicted result count or guarantee delivery.
Use the daily amount as a planning reference
The average daily figure spreads the total evenly over the entered days. Advertising platforms may pace delivery differently, and a short test may not establish a reliable acquisition cost. Decide what you will measure, when you will review it and what would justify changing the plan. Include landing-page quality and follow-up capacity in that discussion. More traffic is only useful if the business can handle the enquiries it receives.

Frequently asked questions
Does it use Meta or Google Ads benchmarks?
No. You supply the expected cost per result. The tool does not invent industry averages or connect to an advertising account.
Does the calculated budget guarantee my target?
No. It is a scenario based on your assumptions. Actual costs, delivery and conversion rates can differ.
Can I use it without signing up?
Yes. The calculation runs in your browser without an account or AI generation. Change the inputs as often as you need.
