No training on user data
Orbits does not train foundation models on your workspace data, client data, uploaded files, reports, prompts, or generated outputs.
GDPR
Orbits is built for teams handling client reporting, uploads, integrations, shared links, and AI-assisted outputs. The commitments below describe how we approach customer data and AI processing.
Orbits does not train foundation models on your workspace data, client data, uploaded files, reports, prompts, or generated outputs.
When AI is used, it is used to provide the product action you requested, such as parsing an upload, summarizing context, drafting a report, or generating an artifact.
Client work is organized by workspace and project so teams can keep account context, reports, uploads, shared links, and integrations separated.
Workspace owners can request deletion or export support for personal data and client materials by contacting Orbits support.
Orbits processes account information, workspace settings, uploaded files, connected integration data, project context, reports, generated artifacts, and product telemetry to operate and secure the service. We use this data to provide requested product features, troubleshoot issues, enforce plan limits, and support customers.
AI features may send relevant context to model providers for the specific request being made. That processing is not used by Orbits to train foundation models, and customer content is not sold.
Workspace owners can manage team access, revoke shared links, disconnect integrations, and remove uploaded or generated materials where the product exposes those controls. For deletion, export, data-processing, or security questions, contact us and we will route the request.
