Connect HubSpot

HubSpot uses OAuth to connect a portal. Orbits requests CRM and ticket read scopes, then caches project-level dashboard data from the modules you selected in the first step.

Customize dashboard

Use plain language to tell Orbits which HubSpot signals deserve the most weight, like pipeline movement, marketing contact growth, CSAT pressure, or custom field health indicators. Claude uses that guidance to shape the cached dashboard summary and sections, not to modify anything in HubSpot.

Confirm setup

Orbits stores your project-level setup, caches vendor-shaped data, and generates the first dashboard. You can refresh it later or reopen customization without leaving the page.
